Salon Safety Guidelines

Policy Changes (strictly enforced)

  • Sick policy: We will not be accepting sick clients. If you are feeling ill for any reason, please reschedule your appointment. If you are exhibiting visible signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, runny nose), we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellation policy: All cancellation fees will be temporarily waived to ensure the salon is a safe environment for other clients and staff members. We will help you reschedule your appointment for a later date.

What we are doing to keep you safe

  • We are following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all stations, high-touch surfaces, towels, capes and products are cleaned and sanitized between every service. We can assume you that your cape, our aprons and all towels are clean.

  • All stylists & guests are required to wear a face covering while in the salon.

  • We will maintain a 6ft distance between all stations and social distancing will be practiced at the shampoo bowls.

  • Employees who show flu-like symptoms will be required to stay home until they are symptom-free.

  • Only clients are allowed inside the salon to maintain social distancing.

  • Our salon is well-stocked with disinfectants, sanitizers and cleaning supplies.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

  • Our waiting room is temporarily closed. Limiting crowded spaces makes everyone safer. Please wait outside or in your car until your stylist is ready for you.

  • Contactless greetings. We love you, but we can’t hug you!

  • We will require clients to sanitize their hands before undergoing any services. We will provide hand sanitizer/hand washing stations for all clients.

  • Complimentary drinks and treats will be paused for now.
